Exhibitor Display Set-up:
The installation of standard exhibits may begin on Wednesday, April 11th, 8am –5:00, Thursday, April 12th, 8:00am – 8:00pm, Friday April 13th, 8:00am and be completely assembled by 1:00pm.
EXHIBITORS REQUIRING ANYTHING OTHER THAN STANDARD WALK-IN DOOR ACCESS (4ft 10 wide x 6ft 10 high, Blastos room door opening is 2ft 8) MUST REQUEST A SPECIAL MOVE IN TIME. ACCESS OPENING IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING IS 9ft wide X 9ft 6 high. THIS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. CONTACT SHOW MANAGEMENT AT, 603-357-0242, TO SCHEDULE A TIME.
Vehicles will not be permitted on the show floor unless it is for display, in which case tires must be cleaned before entering the show room, batteries must be disconnected and no fuel in the tank.

- Sunday April 15th, 10:00am – 3:00pm
Break Down and Exhibit Removal:
- Exhibits must remain intact until 3:00 PM, Sunday, April 15th, 2018. Exhibits must be removed by 12:00 noon, Monday, April 16th, 2018. Exhibitors must remove rubbish from booth/s.
Character of Exhibits:
Management will decline and prohibit the installation of any exhibit which it feels is inappropriate. Distribution by the Exhibitor of any printed matter, souvenirs, or other articles shall be restricted to within the space occupied by their exhibits. All Exhibitors making statements, representation and comparisons for the products will do so in an accurate and positive manner. Price signs must meet with the approval of Management. Throwing souvenirs, loud shouting, public address systems or any unnecessary noise to attract attention will not be permitted.
ALL AISLE SPACE BELONGS TO THE EXPOSITION. NO EXHIBITS, ADVERTISING OR SIGNS WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXTEND BEYOND THE SPACE ALLOCATED TO THE EXHIBITOR AND CANNOT EXCEED THE BACK WALL HEIGHT OF 8' NOR ABOVE THE 3'SIDEWALL CURTAINS FOR THE FIRST 4' OF THE BOOTH, WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT. NOTE ANY BOOTHS NOT MEETING GUIDE LINES, NEED 2 WEEKS PRIOR APPROVAL FROM SHOW MANAGEMENT BEFORE SHOW SET UP DATE. THIS IS TO INCLUDE ANY EASY UP CANOPIES OR MULTI SIDED BOOTHS. SHOW MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK REMOVAL OF ANY SUCH BOOTHS WITHOUT SAID APPROVAL.
